Our support staff provides telephone, email and remote control support for industry standard applications, we can answer “how-to” questions, and hardware level issues. We can provide remote services you need to help you just get it done, from helping you move files around, setting up network shares, hooking up your printer, etc., most of these items can be done remotely with minimal cost to the customer. This service is available from 8AM to 4PM Central Time, Monday through Friday. |
